Who is this for?

How is this different from a big activity library?
Big libraries are great for browsing. This club does one job: it hands you a finished memory care calendar for next month, with every printable and how-to card already matched to it. Everything is written for adults living with dementia.
Can I change the calendar?
Yes. Each calendar comes as a Word file, a Google Docs file and a Canva template link, so you can swap activities, add your own events and change times.
Is this therapy or medical advice?
No. The club provides activity ideas and printables to support your own activity program. It is not clinical, therapeutic or medical advice. Always follow your residents’ care plans and check with your care team about individual needs such as food, allergies, small objects and mobility.
Does the participation log meet regulatory requirements?
The log is a simple template to help you keep track of who joined each activity. Documentation rules vary by setting and state, so adapt it to your facility’s own policies.
Can our facility pay by invoice?
Yes. Annual and multi-community plans can be paid by invoice, and we can provide a W-9 on request.
Can I share the files with my team?
Yes. A membership covers the staff at one community (or up to five on the multi-community plan). Please don’t share the files outside your community.
