Santa letters are made for one family, one address

Most Santa letter services expect a parent ordering for the children in one house. When your grandchildren live in three different homes, that means separate orders, typing everything again, and keeping track of who gets what.

And the letter usually has nothing to do with you. You chose it, you paid for it, but your grandchild never knows Grandma or Grandpa was part of the magic.

When you live far away, you also don't get to see what arrives. You just hope it was right.

How it works

  1. Add each grandchild

On one form, add each grandchild's first name, age, a detail or two (a new puppy, a first lost tooth, a big soccer season) and the address of the home where they live.

  2. Add a word from you

If you like, give Santa a line to pass along, such as "Your Grandma tells me you have been a wonderful big sister this year."

  3. Each letter goes to its own home

Every grandchild's letter is printed and mailed in its own envelope to their own address, and you get a preview of every letter by email.

Letters are written from warm, carefully prepared templates with your details filled in, so you always know exactly what each child will read.

What each grandchild receives

  • A one-page personalized letter from Santa, printed in color on festive letterhead
  • A Nice List certificate with your grandchild's name
  • Their own envelope, addressed to them by name, mailed to their own home
  • Your choice of a traditional or a faith-friendly letter

And for you

  • A preview of every letter, sent to your email
  • An optional heads-up email to each child's parent, so they can watch the mailbox and play along
  • One order and one payment for all your grandchildren

Questions

Can I order today?

Not yet. We're taking free reservations now and plan to open ordering in early November 2026. Reserving costs nothing and doesn't commit you to buy. We'll email you when it's time.

Can each grandchild's letter go to a different address?

Yes, that's the whole idea. You add each grandchild with the address of the home where they live, and each one gets their own envelope. Two children in the same home each get their own letter too. US addresses only for now.

When will the letters arrive?

We plan to mail letters by USPS First-Class Mail in the first half of December, so they arrive well before Christmas in most cases. The exact mailing dates and the last day to order will be shown before you pay.

What will Santa say?

Each letter uses your grandchild's first name, age and the one or two details you give us, plus your optional line from Grandma or Grandpa. Letters come from warm, carefully written templates rather than being made up on the spot, and you'll see a preview of each one by email.

Will the parents know?

If you like. You can give us a parent's email for each home, and we'll send a short heads-up that a letter from Santa is on its way, so they can watch the mailbox and keep the magic going. We never contact the children directly; the only thing they receive is the letter.

What do you do with my grandchildren's information?

We ask only for what the letter needs: first name, age, a detail or two and a mailing address, all provided by you. We use it only to make and mail the letters. Unless you ask us to keep it for next year's order, we delete it after the holiday season.

What if a letter doesn't arrive?

Tell us and we'll mail it again or refund that letter.

Is there a faith-friendly version?

Yes. You can choose a traditional letter or a faith-friendly letter for each grandchild.
