Questions
Is the sketch hand-drawn?
No. Each sketch is rendered digitally from your photo, then checked by a person before anything is printed. If it isn't right, we re-render it or refund you before printing.
How long does it take?
You get a proof by email within 2 business days of sending your photo. After you approve it, we estimate about 1 to 2 weeks for the cards to arrive at a US address. Ordering when the deal goes under contract, rather than on closing day, gives you plenty of room. The digital file arrives as soon as you approve the sketch, so you always have something to share on closing day.
Can you ship straight to my client?
Yes. Give us their US address and we ship the set directly to them. Addresses are used only for shipping and are deleted after delivery.
Which photo should I use?
A straight-on daylight photo you took yourself works best. Listing photos are usually owned by the photographer or covered by MLS licence terms, so only use one if you have permission. We will ask you to confirm this when you order.
What if I don't like the sketch?
Ask for changes or a new render, free. If it still isn't right, we refund you in full before anything prints. If a set arrives damaged or misprinted, we reprint it.
Can my name go on the cards?
Optionally, yes: a small line on the back reading "A gift from [your name]". Some brokerages have rules about agent names on printed items, so check with your broker if you are not sure.
Can I use these as holiday gifts for past clients?
Yes. The 5-Closing Pack works for past clients too: send us a photo of each home and we ship a set to each one.
What happens when I reserve?
Nothing is charged. You'll get an email from us when your spot opens, with the option to pre-pay one set for $59, fully refundable until you approve your sketch. You can also pre-pay right after reserving if you have a closing coming up.
