Finding a mobile sauna takes more time than it should
Most mobile sauna operators are small local businesses with one or a few trailers. They are easy to miss in search results crowded with sauna builders, gyms and spas.
Prices, minimum rental lengths, delivery distances and cold plunge options differ from one operator to the next, so comparing them means reading site after site.
Checking one date with several operators, one message at a time, eats into the time you need for planning the rest of the event.

Questions
Who are the operators?
Independent local businesses that deliver, set up and collect mobile saunas and cold plunge tubs. Sauna Event Quotes is a matching service. We do not own, rent or operate saunas, and each operator sets its own prices, terms and safety practices.
What does it cost me to request quotes?
Nothing. Event hosts never pay us. If you book, you pay the operator you choose directly.
How quickly will I hear back?
We reply within 2 business days to tell you which operators received your request, or that none serves your area yet. Operators then contact you directly with prices and availability. Sending your request a few weeks ahead gives you more choice.
Which areas do you cover?
We are in early access, and coverage depends on where independent operators work. Send your request wherever your event is. If no operator serves your location, we will tell you instead of leaving you waiting.
Who sees my details?
Only us and the operators we match with your request, up to three. We do not sell your details, and we will not add you to a marketing list.
Can I rent just a cold plunge?
Yes. Choose "Cold plunge only" in the form, and we will look for operators who rent cold plunge tubs on their own.
What about safety for my guests?
Setup, supervision and guest guidance are set by each operator. Ask operators about their setup, on-site staffing, insurance and guest guidelines before you book. Anyone with a health concern should check with a doctor before using a sauna or cold plunge.
I run a mobile sauna. How does pricing work for me?
Joining is free. When a request matches your area, we email you the event details without the customer's contact information. Accept it for $25 to receive the contact details, or decline and pay nothing. There is no subscription and no commission, and if a request's contact details turn out to be invalid we credit the $25.
