Home Daycare Forms Kit Get early access

Early access · For in-home daycare providers

All your home daycare paperwork, in one matching kit.

Enrollment forms, a parent handbook, daily logs and tuition invoices written for in-home (family) child care. Edit them in Word, Google Docs or Canva, or print the PDFs.

Complete Kit $39 · Parent Handbook Kit $19 · One-time price · Free to join, no payment now

You run a real business from your home. Your paperwork should look like it.

  • You’ve pieced together forms from five different places, and none of them match.
  • Your policies on late pickup, sick days and payment live in your head or a text thread, until a parent pushes back.
  • Most templates online are written for daycare centers, not for one provider caring for children in her own home.
  • And many only work in Canva, which not everyone uses.

How it works

  1. Download the kit

One purchase gives you every file at once: Word, Google Docs, Canva and print-ready PDF.

  2. Fill in your details

Add your program name, hours, rates and policies in the marked spaces. Each policy section notes where your state’s rules apply.

  3. Print or send

Hand families a polished enrollment packet and handbook, and keep matching daily logs and invoices on file.

Questions

Is the kit available now?

Not yet. We’re finishing it now. Join early access and you’ll get an email when it opens. Joining is free and you won’t be charged anything.

Will these forms meet my state’s licensing rules?

Rules differ from state to state, and some states require their own official forms. These are editable templates, not legal or licensing advice. Every policy section marks where your state’s rules apply, and the kit includes links to each state’s child care licensing agency so you can check.

What do I need to edit the files?

Any one of these: Microsoft Word, Google Docs (free with a Google account) or Canva (the free plan works). You can also print the PDFs as they are and fill them in by hand.

Is it for daycare centers too?

It’s written for in-home (family) child care: one or two adults caring for children in their own home. A center could use parts of it, but the handbook assumes a home setting, with sections for household members, pets and assistant coverage.

Is this a subscription?

No. It’s a one-time purchase: $39 for the Complete Kit or $19 for the Parent Handbook Kit.

Can I add my logo and change the colors?

Yes. Every file is fully editable, including your program name, logo, colors and wording.

What if it isn’t right for me?

If the kit isn’t what you need, email us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.

What will you do with my email?

We’ll use it only to tell you when the kit opens and to send occasional updates about it. You can unsubscribe at any time. We never sell or share it.
